Barker Moss Healthcare has an exciting new role for a locum General Practitioner. Your role as a locum General Practitioner will be a Civilian role. You do not need to join the forces! You will need to be flexible & adaptable with a proactive approach. You will join and become part of a multidisciplinary team, working within well-equipped medical centres, dental centres, or rehabilitation units where you will be valued as part of the Defence Medical Services team. You will be working alongside military personnel on Army, Royal Navy and Royal Air Force bases to deliver an exceptional standard of care for service personnel and their families.
Registration with the General Medical Council both on the main register and on the General Medical Council (GMC) GP Register without Restrictions. You must hold Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery and copy of your GP Training Certificate. Must have a current, satisfactory in date annual appraisal in line with the requirements of the General Medical CouncilÕs (GMCÕs) Good Medical Practice (GMP). Must hold current, valid personal medical indemnity insurance. Must be in date for Basic Life Support BLS, Automated External Defibrillator AED and Manual handling.Safeguarding Children Level 3. Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults at Risk Level 3.
