Description

Barker Moss Healthcare Recruitment are seeking a Part time Locum dentist for a mixed Practice in Stourport on Severn, DY13. There is a full list of established patients, and you will be required for a minimum of 3 months, possibly longer. There is an initial day rate of £450 on offer but once you have been working for a month, this will be amended to a UDA rate. This will be £18.00 per UDA based on a daily target of 25 UDA’s. As the book is busy there should be no problem in achieving this target. The practice is located close to the town centre, with good access to busses and 4 miles from the nearest train station at Kidderminster. Lots of the staff live in Kidderminster so lift share may be possible. There is on-site parking available. Air Conditioning throughout the practice, Edge Software in use, digital x-rays are used. You must have a Performer number, GDC, Indemnity, Hep B references and DBS.

Requirements

GDC registration, Professional Indemnity, Hep B immunisation, DBS Certificate. Bachelor of Dental Surgery Degree. References. Active performer number
