Our client is looking for a Dental Practice Manager to join their team in a Dental Practice in Birmingham, B31. Our client is currently putting the finishing touches on a fully renovated and refurbished practice in Birmingham and are looking to add a practice manager to the team. We are looking to hire and develop an experienced practice manager into a business manager, leading a highly skilled team and growing the clinic’s profile and reputation. You will be provided with in house training on communication and delegation skills. The practice is a large 7 surgery practice which provides both NHS and private work. Since the refurbishment, they are now looking to grow the private side of the practice. You will be supported by an experienced management team with freedom to grow the clinic. Benefits: You will be rewarded with a salary starting from £33,000.00. Company events, Employee discount, On-site parking, Experience: Management: 1 year (preferred). You will need to have a flexible approach as this role will not be Monday Ð Friday 9-5!
Requirements
A minimum of 1 years Practice Management experience is required. Dental experience is preferred but not essential.
