The screening process begins when we have a candidate apply for a position. We interview all of our potential candidates either personally or via telephone/Skype/FaceTime to ensure that they have all the necessary requirements and documents before placing them with any clients. We ensure that they are fully complaint and meet the requirements of the CQC. Their experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, previous work history & references are thoroughly assessed.
Only when we are satisfied that they will suit your practice do we introduce them to you. We never disclose details of the practice until the candidates are called for interview.
We work on a “no placement no fee basis”
We all know that on occasions extra staff may be required to cover illness, holidays or Maternity cover. We supply all dental professionals from the odd occasional day to a long term locum position.
All of our Dental Care Professional candidates are GDC registered, will have a current DBS, Professional Indemnity and Hep B immunisation and references.
